Welcome to TrendPulse! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrendPulse website (https://trendpulse.manyapps.work/) and our related trend-scanning and content-generation services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

1. Description of Service

TrendPulse is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides content creators with trend analytics, daily content ideas, search volume validation, and script generation.

• Starter Tier: Access to limited weekly content ideas and delayed trend data.
• Viral Velocity Tier: A paid monthly subscription offering daily content ideas and writing tactics to generated scripts.

2. User Accounts

• Registration: To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

TrendPulse operates on a freemium model with a monthly subscription tier ("Viral Velocity").

• Billing Cycle: The "Viral Velocity" subscription is billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.
• Payment Methods: You must provide a valid payment method (e.g., credit card) to process your subscription. By providing payment information, you authorize us (via our third-party payment processor) to charge your monthly subscription fees to that payment method.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any pricing changes.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with TrendPulse. Our cancellation and refund rules are structured as follows:

A. Cancellation

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time with one click directly from your account dashboard.
• Access After Cancellation: If you cancel, you will retain access to the Viral Velocity features until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not prorate cancellations for mid-month terminations.

B. Refund Policy

• Initial Subscription Guarantee (First Month): We stand by our "If you don't grow, you don't pay" promise. If you are not satisfied with TrendPulse during your first 7 days of a new "Viral Velocity" subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.
• Recurring Months: After the initial 7-day period, all monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. If you forget to cancel before your renewal date, we cannot issue a refund for that month's charge, but you can cancel immediately to prevent future charges.

5. Intellectual Property and Commercial Rights

• Platform Ownership: TrendPulse retains all right, title, and interest in the platform, including its original code, algorithms, site design, and branding.
• Content Ownership: As a "Viral Velocity" subscriber, you are granted full commercial rights to the content ideas generated for you. You own the final videos or content you create using our Service.
• Restrictions: You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the raw data, trend alerts, or platform infrastructure provided by TrendPulse to create a competing product.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Service: TrendPulse is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our goal is to help you find viral trends, we do not guarantee specific views, engagement, channel growth, or financial success resulting from the use of our Service.
• Third-Party Data: Our algorithms rely on public data from third-party communities (Reddit, X, Google). We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of this data.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendPulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using our Service, you agree that any legal action or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong SAR.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or by placing a prominent notice on our website prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
